Work orders will be done in the order that they are received, except in the case of an emergency. Emergencies consist of something that will cause harm to the property or the person. For all non-emergencies, please complete and submit the form below.
Lockouts: Residents will be charged $25.00 for each lockout. Lockout fee must be submitted to Frey Properties personnel before the door will be unlocked.
